Call for Papers
We invite you to submit a paper, workshop or symposium proposal for the 2010 CCSBE Annual Conference in Calgary Alberta.
We are working to offer the following conference tracks or themes:
* Entrepreneurship education
* Social entrepreneurship
* Entrepreneurship and public policy
* Family Business
* Financing start-up and post-start up ventures
* Technology based Entrepreneurship
* New media and its impact on SME’s
* Diversity in Entrepreneurship
* Green Entrepreneurship
* Resource based Entrepreneurship
Prizes: Best Paper Award
We will be offering a Best Paper Award during the conference. Papers will be judged based upon originality and quality. A formal presentation will be made on the final day. This prize is sponsored by Mount Royal University.

Call for Paper Guidelines:
Papers and workshop proposals should be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word (more specific submission details to be announced). It it important to identify the track in which you believe your work would best fit. Papers and workshop proposals should be submitted electronically to the appropriate Track in Microsoft Word (more specific submission details TBA). Papers must not have been published or presented elsewhere.
To be in the Proceedings, papers must conform to the Typing Style Guide (TBA) and must not exceed fifteen (15) single-spaced pages (use Times New Roman 11), including all author information, the title of the paper, the abstract, all footnotes and endnotes, all tables, figures, and appendices but excluding references.
On a separate page, indicate the authors’ names, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, and email addresses and to whom all communications should be directed.
Paper Submission Deadlines
Two submission deadlines have been established:
February 28, 2010. Abstracts of 500 words or less that are submitted by February 28, 2010 are guaranteed a response by April 1, 2009.
May 1, 2010. Abstracts of 500 words or full papers submitted by May 1, 2009 will be offered a response by May 30, 2010.

Symposium and Workshop Submission Deadline
March 31, 2010. Members interested in proposing or assembling a symposium or workshop should prepare a detailed description of its overall purpose and focus by March 31, 2010. The proposal should also outline and the specific role of each participant.

Final Paper Submission Deadline - Prize and Conference Proceedings
Best Paper Award. If you have been notified that your paper has been accepted, your Formal Paper must be received electronically by end of day on October 15, 2010 to be considered for Best Paper Awards, and inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
