Conference Topics:

The conference is open to university academics, entrepreneurs, SME owners, policy-makers, financial institutions, government agencies, consultants and practitioners from all over the world. An abstract or full paper may be submitted in one of the following areas:

Kindly note that, if you feel your contribution does not fit into any of the above categories, you are welcome to make your submission in the last listed category.

Submission Guidelines:

·Submission of Abstract

All abstracts must be written in English.The length of abstracts should be in a range of 300-350 words and must be less than 400 words. The abstract must be submitted electronically to the conference submission system by 30thJune 2011.

· Submission of Conference Full Paper (Conference Proceedings)

All full papers must be written in English.The length of the full papershould be a maximum of twenty-five pages(A4-size, approximately 10,000 words),including references and exhibits. The more complete the paper, the better its chances of acceptance in the review processand must be submitted electronically to the conference submission system by 31stAugust 2011.

Submissions should include as succinctly as possible:

- A separate title page which clearly indicates the name(s) of author(s) and other co-author(s), affiliation(s), complete mailing address(es), telephone/fax numbers and e-mail address(es) and title of the paper;

-Up to four key words that describe the paper.

-The manuscript of the full paper and abstract must include the title, but should not include the name(s) of the author(s) as papers will be blind reviewed.

Abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts and full papers will be published in the conference proceedings (CD-ROM). Both the Book of Abstracts and theConference Proceedings will be distributed at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference. The authors may choose their types of presentation as a poster or oral presentation during the on-line registration.

Review Process and Publication Opportunity:

·The review committee will review all submitted papers, and the contact author for each paper will be notified of the outcome from a blind peer review process by e-mail.If necessary, authors will be requested to revise and/or resubmit their papers.

·All accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Selected papers will bepublished in an edited book.

Registrations Fee:

·Early Bird Rate: before 15stSeptember 2012, $250 USD

·Late Registration Rate: after15stSeptember 2012,$300 USD

·International Student Rate: $150 USD
