	ECSB celebrates its 20th Anniversary Posted: November 19, 2008   The International Council for Small Business (ICSB) would like to congratulate our Europe-based affiliate, the European Council for Small Business (ECSB) on their 20th anniversary of affiliation. The network of ECSB covers nearly all of Europe geographically, resulting in membership from approximately 500 experts in over 30 countries.
